Refund policy

We do not offer refund. If you would like to reschedule an appointment, please email us at sweptawayspa9@gmail.com or call us @ 347-7409355 at least 24 hours before your appointment.  We will reach out to you within 24hrs if you send us an email.

If it’s a case where you didn’t show up for an appointment and you didn’t reach out to me, you lose your appointment and there’s no rescheduling.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year. There is a no refund policy on gift cards. Gift cards can be shared with anyone, once there’s proof of permission to be used. 

Customers have 15 days to re-schedule after notifying us. If there’s a no show within these 15 days, your spot will no longer be valid. A $25 fee is charged for a second reschedule.

Please understand that when you book an appointment, the slot is no longer available for another client to book.
